All profile and payment updates for M2GO memberships are managed directly through Marathon Youth Ministry’s support team to ensure accuracy and security. Whether you need to update a credit card, change your billing address, or modify your contact information, our team is ready to help.

How to Update Your Billing Information

To update your payment method or billing details:

1. Email questions@marathonyouthministry.com with the subject line “Billing Update Request.”

2. Include your full name, email address used for your M2GO account, and a short note about what needs to be updated.

3. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours with a unique, secure link to access your billing page.

4. Use that link to safely update your information.

This process ensures your financial data remains secure and is never shared or stored outside our payment platform.

Updating Contact Information

If you need to change the email address or name associated with your M2GO account:

1. Email questions@marathonyouthministry.com with the subject line “Contact Information Update.”

2. Provide your current account email address and the new contact information you’d like to use.

3. Our team will verify your request and confirm once the update is complete.

Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation of all contact or billing updates.
