5. Accessing M2GO and Ministry Coach

Learn how to log in to M2GO, access your training kits and videos, and use Ministry Coach—your AI-powered assistant for ministry planning and team development.

Your M2GO membership gives you unlimited access to our full library of training kits, videos, and downloadable resources. It also includes Ministry Coach, an AI-powered tool designed to help you navigate resources, adapt sessions, and plan effective trainings for your ministry team.

This article walks you through how to access both platforms and start using them effectively.

Accessing M2GO

To access your M2GO membership:

  1. Go to marathonyouthministry.com/ministry2go.

  2. Click “Login” in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter your email address and password.

  4. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your M2GO dashboard.

From your dashboard, you can:

  • View the latest training videos.

  • Download facilitator guides, outlines, and handouts.

  • Browse previous training kits by topic or ministry area.

  • Read articles from the newsletter with leadership insights.

If you are a Premium or Pro member, you’ll also find links to your MCODE™ assessment, coaching sessions, and any cohort discounts available to your tier.

Accessing Ministry Coach

Ministry Coach is built into the M2GO experience and available through your dashboard. It’s designed to make your planning process faster, easier, and more contextual to your ministry setting.

To use Ministry Coach:

  1. Log in to your M2GO account.

  2. On your dashboard, click the “Ministry Coach” button.

  3. Type a question or prompt into the chat window, such as:

    • “Help me plan a 60-minute volunteer training.”

    • “Which M2GO kit is best for Advent?”

    • “Can you suggest discussion questions for teens about leadership?”

  4. Ministry Coach will provide recommendations, links, and ideas tailored to your needs.

Ministry Coach can assist with:

  • Planning volunteer trainings or retreats.

  • Finding specific resources in the M2GO library.

  • Adapting kits for your age group or setting.

  • Brainstorming new activities or discussion topics.

Access Issues or Technical Support

If you have trouble logging in or can’t see your M2GO dashboard:

  • Double-check your email and password.

  • Make sure your membership is active.

  • Try using a different browser or clearing your cache.

  • If the issue continues, email questions@marathonyouthministry.com for assistance.

Our team will respond within 24 hours to help restore access or troubleshoot any technical problems.
