6. Managing or Canceling Your M2GO Subscription

Learn how to renew, upgrade, or cancel your M2GO membership, and what happens to your access when your subscription changes or ends.

Your M2GO membership renews automatically each year on your billing date. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time or cancel your renewal by contacting the Marathon Youth Ministry support team.

To protect your account security and ensure accurate updates, all subscription changes are handled directly by our team.


Renewing Your Membership

All M2GO memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You’ll receive an email reminder several days before renewal.

  • Your payment method on file will be charged for the next term.

  • Once renewed, your access to M2GO and Ministry Coach continues seamlessly.

If your payment method has expired, contact questions@marathonyouthministry.com to update your billing details.


Upgrading or Changing Your Membership Tier

If you’d like to move between Essentials, Premium, or Pro, we can handle that for you.

  1. Email questions@marathonyouthministry.com with the subject line “Membership Upgrade Request.”

  2. Include your name, email address, and which tier you’d like to upgrade or downgrade to.

  3. A member of our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm the change and process any payment adjustments.

Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you access to your new benefits right away.
Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.


Canceling Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your M2GO membership:

  1. Email questions@marathonyouthministry.com with the subject line “Cancel M2GO Membership.”

  2. Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

  3. Our team will confirm your cancellation and send a follow-up email once it’s complete.

You’ll retain access to M2GO and Ministry Coach until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to free access, which includes the MYM blog, podcast, and newsletter.


Refund Policy

Because M2GO provides instant access to all digital materials, we do not offer prorated refunds after the renewal has been processed.
However, if you experience a billing error or believe a charge was made incorrectly, contact questions@marathonyouthministry.com, and our team will review your case promptly.
