If you’re having trouble logging into your M2GO account or accessing Ministry Coach, this guide walks you through simple steps to restore access quickly.
Most login and access issues with M2GO are caused by an incorrect password, expired membership, or browser-related settings. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot common issues before contacting support.
Step 1: Verify Your Login Information

Make sure you’re logging in at marathonyouthministry.com/ministry2go.

Confirm that you’re using the same email address you used to subscribe to M2GO.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
 
If you don’t receive the password reset email within 10 minutes, check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
Step 2: Confirm Your Membership Status
If your payment method has expired or your renewal failed, your account may be temporarily paused.
