Christopher Wesley is the founder and Executive Director of Marathon Youth Ministry, author, speaker, and coach with over 20 years of parish experience helping ministry leaders thrive.

Christopher Wesley founded Marathon Youth Ministry to help ministry leaders serve with joy, endurance, and purpose. After two decades in parish ministry, he experienced firsthand the challenges and burnout that come with serving the Church—and set out to help others find a better way.

When he’s not teaching or coaching, Christopher enjoys running, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his wife Kate and their two sons, Matthew and Benjamin and dog Yogi.
