In partnership with the TENx10, Marathon Youth Ministry is launching a new 8-week digital cohort experience for youth ministers. The Relational Discipleship Kickstart Cohort equips leaders to make faith matter to teenagers by introducing them into relational discipleship radically focused on Jesus.

Through this cohort, participants will learn:

• What it means to be a leader.

• How to mentor and empower those around you.

• Best practices for accompany parents and the families of teens.

• What happens when the entire faith community prioritizes young people.
  

Participants will also receive:

8 cohort sessions.

2 individual coaching sessions.

Access to a library of videos and other tools.

This program is designed for Catholic leaders who are responsible for the catechesis of teenagers (pastors, youth ministers, volunteers, parents, etc.).

You do not need to participate in this cohort to receive the Relational Discipleship Kickstart tools. They are offered at https://tenx10.org. Any costs to the cohort cover coaching and MYM specific resources. More details to come.

MYM works with (Arch)Diocesan staff to plan and prepare a healthy formation structure for youth ministers and directors of religious education. This is done through in-person training and ongoing coaching through cohorts. In addition to regular check-ins with (Arch)Diocesan staff, the cohort involves:

• MYM Cohort Workbook
• MCODE™ Assessment for each participant
• Monk Manual (Daily Planner that Chris and his facilitators use)
• 12 Group Coaching Sessions (See Below For Description)
• Kick-off Training Event for Ministry Leaders
• Mid Year Check-in-Retreat provided after the 6th session
• 2 Individual Coaching Sessions (An Intake And Mid-Year)
