In partnership with the TENX10 Initiative, MYM offers a 6-week cohort experience for parish leaders called the MYM SPRINT COHORT. During this cohort, MYM introduces participants to one of the seven discipleship emphases laid out in the TenX10 strategy:

• Growing Your Leadership
• Leading Change
• Training Mentors For the Next Generation
• Equipping Diverse Families
• Nurturing a Young Person’s Belonging
• Centering Teenagers’ Identity in Christ
• Explore Youth People’s Purpose

Our next MYM SPRINT will launch in late October, 2024 and focus on Leading Change for the next generation. Participants will:

Develop and craft a vision worth sharing

Identify parish influencers to assist with the advocacy of the vision

Practical communication skills

Community and encouragement from peers in a similar field.

The cost is $125 per participant

MYM works with (Arch)Diocesan staff to plan and prepare a healthy formation structure for youth ministers and directors of religious education. This is done through in-person training and ongoing coaching through cohorts. In addition to regular check-ins with (Arch)Diocesan staff, the cohort involves:

• MYM Cohort Workbook
• MCODE™ Assessment for each participant
• Monk Manual (Daily Planner that Chris and his facilitators use)
• 12 Group Coaching Sessions (See Below For Description)
• Kick-off Training Event for Ministry Leaders
• Mid Year Check-in-Retreat provided after the 6th session
• 2 Individual Coaching Sessions (An Intake And Mid-Year)
