MYM TENX10 COHORTS

In partnership with the TENX10 Initiative, MYM offers a 3-month cohort experience for parish leaders. Through the cohort, MYM works with parish leaders to plan and prepare a healthy formation structure for the young church. This is done through a cohort experience which includes access to Video Master Classes, Live Group Coaching Sessions, and Digital Downloads covering subjects like:

  • Growing Your Leadership Spiritually
  • Leading and Creating Change
  • Training Mentors For the Next Generation
  • Equipping Diverse Families
  • Nurturing a Young Person’s Belonging
  • Centering Teenagers’ Identity in Christ
  • Explore Youth People’s Purpose

This cohort experience is a 3-month-intensive commitment. Each cohort consists of 6-8 members. Materials and masterclasses will be available for parish teams.

The cost is $250 per participant

DIOCESAN COHORTS

MYM works with (Arch)Diocesan staff in the planning and preparation of a healthy formation structure for youth ministers and directors of religious education. This is done through in-person training, ongoing coaching through cohorts. In addition to regular check-ins with (Arch)Diocesan staff, the cohort involves:

  • MYM Cohort Workbook
  • MCODE™ Assessment for each participant
  • Monk Manual (Daily Planner that Chris and his facilitators use)
  • 12 Group Coaching Sessions (See Below For Description)
  • Kick-off Training Event for Ministry Leaders*
  • Mid Year Check-in-Retreat provided after the 6th session*
  • 2 Individual Coaching Sessions (An Intake And Mid-Year)*
