How the Cohort Works

  • 8 live, 60-minute virtual sessions

  • Facilitated discussion in a small-group setting

  • Guided reflection and applied exercises between sessions

  • No in-person requirements

This experience is intentionally structured to be focused, manageable, and supportive—especially for leaders carrying full ministry loads.

What if I miss a session?

If you are unable to attend a live session, recordings and supporting materials will be made available so you can stay connected to the overall flow of the cohort. While live participation is strongly encouraged, the cohort is designed to remain accessible when conflicts arise.
